Frequently Asked Questions

1. Can I visit my child throughout the day?
Absolutely, we have an open door policy for all of our parents. There are also many field trips , parades and parties that we encourage parents to participate alongside our classes.
2. Are you a state-licensed center?
Yes, we have been for 15 years now. We are always ratio-equivalent and have fire drills on a monthly basis. Every member of our staff is CPR/First Aid certified as well.
3. Are you open year-round?
Yes, we are only closed for eight national holidays. We also offer a summer camp program for our older children.
4. What kind of activities do the children participate in?
Every teacher is responsible for turning in a curriculum on a monthly basis. Our curriculums are based on themes and projects correlate each theme. There are also scheduled trips throughout the year.
5. Can I use your facility just on days my child has off from public school?
Yes, our drop in rate is $50.00 a day with $10 off if you have a contract with us.
6. Do I get a discount for enrolling multiple children?
Yes, for 2 or more children that you enroll you will receive 10% off of the eldest child's rate.
7. Are your staff qualified?
As mentioned above, everyone is CPR/First Aid Certified. Our teachers have degrees and everyone that works for us has experience in childcare. We also collectively attend childcare classes throughout the year. All of our employees undergo a meticulous screening process, complete with fingerprinting and criminal background checks.
8. What are your rates and can I pay on a weekly basis?
Yes, you can pay on a weekly basis, on a bi-weekly basis or a monthly basis. Those who opt to pay monthly may subtract $5 off of the total. Our rates are extremely affordable and fair. We ask that you call us so that we may give you our rates.
9. Do you accept state-funded children?
Yes we do. As a matter of fact we have worked with just about every subsidiary service in the tri-county area.
10. Do the children go outside?
Of course, our children go out on a daily basis. We have three age appropriate playgrounds and are more than happy to let the little buggers let off some of that energy!
11. What safety measures are taken when releasing children?
The only persons allowed to pick up the children are those that are listed on their emergency contact sheets. Those persons will need to provide us with a photo ID before we will release the child. There are also cameras installed throughout our facility.
